Что привело меня на Couchsurfing

I remember that one of my housemates back in uni once went couchsurfing in Paris. She was super enthusiastic about the experience. So during my on exchange in Canada I decided to give couchsurfing a try as well; definitely don't regret it as I have hosted and been hosted by some amazing people who showed me the area they're local to. It's a much better way to travel and to actually get to know a place.

I think my greatest love is food. In Dutch they have a saying ''liefde gaat door de maag''; that probably describes me best. People use to bribe me with food-- apparently this works.

I guess one of the greatest experience was participating in a hitchhike contest from the Hague to Budapest. Pulling an all-nighter and seeing the sun rise while driving through the Alps has just been one of the most amazing views ever.

Attempting the Tungurahua summit in Ecuador probably too, but next time I won't decide on climing to 5000m starting at 6am the night before, while downing a Mojito.

Buying a plane ticket to Egypt that already departed next day, I would probably describe as one of the best choices I ever made.
