ABOUT ME

I am currently working part time for a fair trade organisation called Trade Aid. I work in the community educating people about how fair trade can make a difference to marginalised groups who have been exploited in so callled 'third world' countries..
I also study a bit of geography and geology.
I enjoy cycling and dream of one day cycling around parts of South America!

PHILOSOPHY

I feel that so often we focus on the differences between different groups of people, however I like to focus way more on the similarities! all the while still thriving on diversity of course!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Through my friend Amber Johnston, who regularly hosts couch surfers, I have made many new friends and enjoyed the experiences of hanging out with people from all across this wonderful world

Interests

I love bikes! and would love to travel around on a bike for a long time. I love the pace of life you are in when cycling :) I also really love gardening but find it hard to make time for this sometimes..

Music, Movies, and Books

I love the french animation "The triplets of Belleville". Also love reading zines that are homemade and tell of peoples life stories. Anything on physical or human geography..
I like all kinds of music, depends on how I'm feeling and who i'm hanging out with. for example I always love classical when I'm with my gran and punk when i'm with my friend Zoe, also get into reggae and dub. I like music from other countries alot :)
