About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To seek adventures in unexpected places with people from unexplored places.
ABOUT ME
I am a young South African, with a thirst for adventure, occupying my small span of time on this Earth in the most significant way possible.
PHILOSOPHY
"The Earth has music for those who listen"
-William Shakespeare
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I believe that the most significant of all activities is connecting with people. When a stranger becomes someone who shares your interests, the world becomes a smaller, happier place and that is very important.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have hosted people I have only known for a few hours to long time friends from Cape Town and believe I cook a mean scrambled eggs and bacon... Which pretty much means I understand the need for creature comforts when one is far from home!
Interests
I have a keen interest in playing music with other people. Be in guitar or bass, or even playing the fool.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Traveled through all provinces in South Africa, and some adjacent countries such as Mozambique, Swaziland and Lesotho.
I thoroughly enjoyed the city of Dar es Salaam, learning how locals make their way around that beehive of activity.
Lastly, living in Germany for a month was a crazy challenge, but helped me learn about a new culture and way of thinking.
Teach, Learn, Share
I thoroughly enjoy the idea of hosting people, learning from people, and sharing knowledge with each other.
I love playing guitar, especially songs that make people feel something more than generic radio songs.
Furthermore, good music always needs good food. For this reason learning new ways of preparing food is a skill I cherish, and will continue to seek.
