Hi!
I am 23 years old, living in Gothenburg, Sweden. I love to learn new things, meet new people and explore different cultures. Travelling therefore suits me well. This year I'm having a year off, beginning with backpacking in Ecuador and Colombia. If everything goes according to my plan, I will spend the spring on a boat in the arctic. That is probably my biggest interest; the ocean. I love sailing and I love learning about the sea. So from autumn 2018, I will study either marine biology or engineering in environmental science.

I also love farming, this summer I got over 25 kg of Jerusalem artichokes on a borrowed part of dad's lawn. So happy! Other than that I have a tight relationship with my two sisters, even though we all live in ifferent parts of Sweden.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I surfed some with my sister in Sri Lanka, and really liked it.

Music, Movies, and Books

A classic, I know. But Shantaram really got to me.

When it comes to music it changes about every two months. Both Muse and the swedish singer Frida Hyvönen have stayed on my playlist for a long time though.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Applying for a sailing college in high school. In total six months was spent on a sailing ship, very much pirate-like, which sailed all over the world, both to Cuba and Cabo Verde.
