I'm a brazilian who thinks that the world is too big to stay just in one place. For this reason I moved to Coimbra, Portugal, in 2014, and lived in Prague, Czech Republic, for 6 months.

I studied Journalism and Communication because I'm interested in Media Studies - this means I'm not an aspiring reporter at ALL -, but I also took a Minor in Art Studies, focused in Theater, because I have practical lessons since I was twelve, in Brazil. Now I'm a member of the Theatrical Initiation Circle of Coimbra's Academy - CITAC, a Portuguese theater group with 60 years of history, a really important piece in the artistic and political struggle against fascism in Portugal.
I'm also fascinated with circus, specially with aerial silk, but (((unfortunately))) I never had the opportunity to learn it :(

In Coimbra I started to do some shows at Coimbra University Radio (http://ruc.fm). The voluntary work in RUC is something that makes me really proud, because we are always in contact with people who can show you many other ways of listening and thinking not only about music, but also about sound ambience and the power that music has to connect people. Or to separate people, sometimes, believe me.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing since 2014 because I thought that it could be a way to discover and stay in touch with new people with different habits, but I never had an opportunity to use it because I had been very busy doing the standard things that a standard kind of life implies, so it was difficult to spend some days just traveling and being happy, which is pretty sad but my heart will go on (Titanic playing on the background).

I live for food. Food is something extremely important to me, I truly believe that food unites people, eating is almost like a ritual, and it's beautiful to discover new flavors :') they reveal secret aspects from the places where we are <3
