About Me

I am a 33 year old norwegian guy. I love to travel and discover neat stuff about other cultures. And I love to meet people and compare cultural differences.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am pretty new here. The reason I am on Couchsurfing is that I see this as the ultimate way to experience and discover other cultures. By couchsurfing I hope to learn about the cities and people in a more intimate and interesting way than I would if I just followed the beaten path layed out by the tourist industry. And in turn I can tell my hosts about the weird customs of my own people. Norwegians are weird. Did you know that a boiled sheep head is considered a delicacy? And that students celebrate their graduation by getting drunk for a month? And that month being less than one month before their exams?

Interests

I am a big nerd. I generally like all things nerdy as well as being physically active.
