My current mission is to not have one single mission. I prefer to do whatever comes into my mind and call it "following my intuition".

ABOUT ME

I´m deeply fascinated about many things in life. I love reading, writing, music, face paint, candles, perfectly decorated cakes, laughing children, misty mornings and I am especially fond of modeling clay. Every thing and person is a potential life changing experience. So I try to keep my mind open and enjoy whatever happens to cross my path.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I cannot host people, I live in a host family on the beautiful island called Isla Mujeres (Mexico). But I would be more than glad to show people around!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I´m all new to this! But I think I´m "the type", as my home has always been relatively open to anyone in need of a place to sleep. And as for myself... well, I´m not the picky type as long as I can lay my head down on something :)

Interests

I think I already listed a few things... but the list is endless! I think dancing went unmentioned. I am deeply fascinated by movement in general - I´ve been practicing contact improvisation for a few years and I simply love exploring the world through dance.

Music, Movies, and Books

I´d like to say I love all kinds of music, but it´s probably not true. I have a wide range of interests though when it comes to music, I love big classics like Mozart and Bach, but I´m also very fond of music of the 20th century, such as Prokofiev and Shostakovitch. On the other hand I love Dolly Parton... and Mew!

I love reading epic drama stuff such as Thorn Birds by Colleen McCullough, and I love to get all soaked up in the adventures of for instance Huckleberry Finn and Harry Potter.

Academically my biggest crushes have been on the works of Michel Foucault and Giorgio Agamben.
