About Me

Hello my name is Choi HoYoung. I'm 25 years old and I graduated Kangwon university which is located in my CS city. Now I am staying in a rented house in Chuncheon, Republic of Korea. The first time I got an interest in Couchsurfing is when I experienced Couchsurfing through my friend in Turkey. It was a very funny experience. Making a friend during my travel time, Meeting a real local friend and Learning many different cultures was a very exciting thing.

I love traveling, and trying something new
The only thing we have to do is to do our best every day, to relish remarkable life.

Life is too short!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I was traveling Turkey, I did my first CS in my traveling life. A host who I met at that time was so helpful while I traveled Fethiye in Turkey. It was so attractive experience for me so I started CS.
Couchsurfing provides many experiences. I can meet local culture and many different friends. Travel is not only visiting the attraction but also learning many experiences. Furthermore, CS can save money during traveling. Staying with many different people many fascinations.

Interests

While I travel overseas I like to communicate with people and listen to many stories about local. That is one of the most interesting things for me. However, my interests are listening to music, watching soccer, and especially drinking.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to listen to Music. Especially I like to listen to Korea Hip-Hop. I prefer to watch a simple movie such as Ironman because some movies make me complicated when I watch a difficult story movie.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Few years ago, I rode a bicycle in Korea starting from the top to the bottom. It took 5 days. At that time, it was a challenging experience but I met many friends and also I experienced more about my country. It was a quite challenging try for me.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to speak fluent English so I keep trying to learn it. I can communicate basic conversation in English. Couchsurfing can be a good opportunity to share our language and knowledge. I think this is a big advantage of CS. Not only providing the accommodation but also sharing their own culture, language, experience, it can be a supportive experience during my life.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my culture and my experience which can be helpful to hosts. Moreover, we can make our own memory during Couchsurfing. It can be a happy memory during my travel and after as well. I want to keep meet many various people. It will make me fresh.
