About Me

I am Master student in Würburg. I like psychology and writing. I used to live in Cyprus for 2 years and it is interresting to see how different the cultures between countries and regions.

I love nature and would love to spend time in mountain or wood. Being with nature I re-balance and re-charge energy to continue a healthy lifestyle. I am into non profit projects, I am volunteer and co-organizer for a few projects for student while I was studying Bachelor.
I am also a blogger sharing my experience to Vietnamese young people. I emphasize the important of mental health and positive thinking.

I would love to share Vietnam culture with you if you host me. If you are curious how we organize a wedding, or the differrent thoughs between young and old Vietnamese, it is my pleasure to tell you. There are a few story I am ready to narrate.

Interests

I am interested in psychology, especially mental health, since I read books of Thich Nhat Hanh. When I first lived abroad in Cyprus, everything seem to be overwhelming. I felt lonely, was busy with small stuffs, worried about nonsense. By learning about appreciating the present, gratitude for whatever I had and focusing on the brightside, I could cheerish literally every moment dispite difficulties.
Then I started practicing meditation which allows me to cultivate the mindfulness and tolerance. Since then I have brand new point of view, pure and compassion.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was translator in a Military hospital in Hanoi. I was in the operation site and literally watched a surgery. I followed through every step which acquired the communication between patient and surgeon team. There are two things I learn:
1. Everyone at some point need help. Sympathy, listening and acting upon that have a bigger impact than we thought.
2. Human being is related to each other, somehow. A small good thing I've done encouraging a much more bigger positive result. The "butterfly effect" is real.

Teach, Learn, Share

Via my blog, I share my experience and tips of finding a job, maintaining positive thinking and encouraging tolerance. My audience mostly is Vietnamese junior, student and young professional. I knew that they struggle with lack of encouragement when chasing their own dreams. It is even worse with the social media noise. The key to solve the problem is maintaining their mind strength and critical thinking. However most of young students do not know how important is mental health.
I recieved many messages and questions from my folks. Helping to polish the Cv and prepare for professional working environment are a few of my offering.
