I'm Laura and I'd like to think of myself as adventurous. I have been privileged enough to be able to visit loads of places. This heart of mine was made to travel the world.

Why wouldn't I be? This seems like an amazing opportunity to meet new people and experience places in a completely different way than you would if staying at a hotel.

I honestly just love traveling. Being able to experience different places and cultures is such a privilege that I won't take for granted

Musica, film e libri

I read a lot of books and listen to even more music.
It's not easy to choose your favourite book but The NeverEnding Story and Oliver Twist will always have a special place in my heart.
My favourite band since I was quite young is Tenacious D - they rocked my socks off :-)
But I love everything from Pink Floyd to Tame Impala to Bowie to System of a Down to Kate Bush.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Once I had travelled for 30 hours to get to Australia and after being there for less than two hours I was run over by a car. The amazing part is that nothing happened. I forced myself to not use the crutches (so I could hike in the Blue Mountains etc.) and the pain went away after a couple of days.
I didn't exactly do anything but the fact that nothing more serious happened is pretty darn amazing.
