ABOUT ME

Hi everyone,
my name is Anna and I´m from Germany. At the moment, I’m studying English and Physical Education to become teacher 🧑‍🏫. I discovered my love for travelling when I turned 18 years old :) After travelling a lot in Europe with my family, my first country where I traveled by myself was Australia. I love to see new places and to meet new people, because that’s the best way to experience the culture of the country and to meet wonderful people along the way 😊 The best thing about travelling is that you can learn so much from others by listening to their stories and experiencing their way of living which is why I’m very grateful for the Couchsurfing Community :) . I´m a friendly and out-going person and I always try to have fun and to enjoy the little things in life. 🍃

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It´s just a great experience to meet new people and getting in contact with so many different cultures. You learn so much about the world and the people if you just go and be open and see it for yourself :)

Interests

I really like to be outdoors and to see and experience the country’s beauty und uniqueness first hand. I also want to learn more about the culture in these countries that´s why I like to go out and to get in contact with new people. I like hiking, swimming, cycling, celebrating life or just walking through the streets of new places and exploring them. That's how you see the best spots and amazing places.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like every kind of music, if a song sounds good to me I don´t really care about the music genre - the same with movies and books ... except of horror movies they can really cause me sleepless nights :)) I'm quite open when it comes to new music so go ahead and show me your favourite song 🎵

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I loved to go skiing in Switzerland and diving in Thailand. I had an unforgettable time studying on Vancouver Island and experiencing the Canadian and American West coast in a campervan.
