I am a multi-media artist focusing on creating art for social impact. I care about social justice and equality. I make good dumplings. My favorite animal is SHIBA. My most recent art form is light sculpture.

I like to take the risk to hand my life to strangers based on intuitively made choice, and appreciated the decision made by the host to have me in their home without worrying too much about missing their TV sets or other valuable properties. There is something idealistic and adventurous about it, and I also don't have a huge travel budget.

Writing. Making films. Observing. Cooking.

I keep a sour dough bread starter and it's two-year-old now, and every time I travel I have to find a friend to help me baby sit it. Last time I was away for 21 days, and my friend made 10 loafs of bread during his baby sitting period.

I also make hummus from dry beans. I think I make pretty decent hummus.

I think salad is one of the world's greatest invention.

I got accepted by a host with a blank profile when surfing for the first time. And I made a film out of that experience. It got selected into a student film festival and screened.

I teach Introduction to Film and Video Analysis to college undergrads, also Media Arts. I can for sure share with you a lot of film talk -- whether it's production or theory.

I can also share with you some Chinese tips and Japanese. Cooking, for sure, it's always fun to cook together. I make good dumplings and hand cut noodles, so there's that if you are into it.

I like singing. You should teach me a song, so we can jam.
