ABOUT ME

Hey guys! I'm 22 and from Saxony, Germany. After I finished Highschool in July 2014 I came to America to became an Au Pair.
(An Au Pair is a nanny from a foreign country working for, and living as part of, a host family. I'm taking care of the kids)
So I stepped out of my comfort zone, left my hometown in Germany and started to work as an Au Pair taking care of two wonderful children in New Jersey.
Right now I'm studying sport in Chemnitz. Additional to that fact I'm a personal trainer since 6months and I work since one year in a fitnessstudio. And by the way I'm working since I'm 16 in Bars and Clubs... so in fact you need someone for a drink -let me know ;D

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is an easy way to get to know people from different countries or areas.
I consider Couchsurfing as the perfect way to get to know a certain regions or cities citizens better and thereby learn about places in a complete different way.
To figurea out the main sights, you can always use Google or a preferred app, but by spending one or a few days with local people, you have the chance to get some kind of insider tips, that you would have never had, if you just lived in a hostel.

Back in Germany I was a dancer in a carnival club for over 14 years and a skier, which I enjoyed a lot. As any girl in my age I like random stuff like hanging out and party with friends, listening to music and going to concerts and music festivals! I love to travel around the countries so I'm really enjoying to plan road trips (what I'm actually doing for the westcoast in august/ september).
The best thing on traveling is to get to know new areas and people, to explore hidden places and enjoying different cultures.
If you are interested in doing sports together - Perfect! I love every kind of doing sports!
