About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to live one day at a time and trust in love

ABOUT ME

i'd rather not try to describe myself. How about this, I hate money and I love life. Spending time with me is really the only way you're going to figure this out so let's just do it that way. (sometimes people call me a hippie)

PHILOSOPHY

Love is all that matters. Everything else will surely fail and fade away. I'm learning to live in love.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

surfing with amazing folks and hosting amazing folks.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

not much via this website but I've been couch surfing for years and It's like everything else in life. Ups and downs, strikes and gutters. I've stayed with "bums" in abandoned buildings and really rich folks in mansions and have come to not give a rats ass about the sleeping arrangements and really enjoy meeting and spending a little time with random people. I've never been raped or murdered (only robbed a couple times)while traveling so I think it's been going quite well.

Interests

listening to good music, playing good (and bad) music, nature, relationships, invisible things, new experiences and what will happen when I die.

Music, Movies, and Books

Let's just go with a list of the last good...
movies. night of the demons. the squid and the whale.
music. monsters of folk. mewithoutyou. pink floyd
books. the shack. hermetic philosophy and mental alchemy. matthew.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

um? what a strange question. I don't really know where to start. I've seen my adopted sister do strange things with telekinetic powers (turn on lights or radios or the tv. unlock car doors.) i suppose that qualifies as amazing.
my friend joe and I bought a boat (40 foot "longboat") in luang prabang, laos and travelled down the mekong river camping on beaches and islands. only to end up crashing into Thailand while fleeing from machine gun weilding laotian militia members. we got away but they F*^%ed our boat.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you about guitar (as it will most probably be with me), unless we discover that you are a more experienced guitarist than i am. then I'll do the learning or we'll take turns learning. any ways, I'd love to learn anything you'd care to share. if it was important enough for you to learn and you love it, i'm sure it is worth a try.
