About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Live fully, move freely, open your heart to everyone and everything :-)
ABOUT ME
If I died tomorrow I would be very happy with the life I have lived so far. A lot of travelling, experiences, deep friendships and growing. I like to think that I am a loving, generous and happy person. I make friends easily, and am always interested in learning how other people view the world, even if it's very different to how I do. I'm interested in politics, philosophy, religion and how people relate to each other. Can talk for hours on any of these things, particularly if the red wine is flowing freely. I love trying new things, and am excited about the future, whatever that might be :-)
PHILOSOPHY
Live fully, move freely, open your heart to everyone and everything!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've dipped in and out of the CouchSurfing community for awhile, although I have years of experience in crashing on couches and hosting random people wherever I have lived.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've benefited greatly from other people's hospitality, all over the world, especially when hitch hiking and getting stuck somewhere. I've always tried to keep the circle flowing by inviting people to stay at my place, whether a flat in London, or a caravan in the Israeli desert.

Music, Movies, and Books
So many to choose from! Loved reading Siddharta and the Cool Aid Acid Test. Watched The Darjeeling Limited and Waltz with Bashir recently, both of which were very cool in different ways. Listen to most things, but particularly like reggae, tribal, rock, punk and 90s techno. Listening to White Stripes, Cat Stevens and Keny Arkana a lot recently.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Being a shepherd in the Israeli desert for a year was an amazing experience. The community was only 4 families living near the border with Egypt, and every morning I would take about 150 sheep and goats out in to the desert and look for grazing. I learnt a lot about myself during this time, and the friends I made in the area are some of my closest.
Teach, Learn, Share
I know a bit about politics, philosophy and religion. I've meditated for a long time, and have taught people how to get started in the past. Can cook a lot of different meals. Always interested to learn new things.
