ABOUT ME

We got married, quit our jobs, sold all of our stuff, and left the country to chase summer on a nine month honeymoon around the globe.

We're both looking for ways during our travels to start careers that better the planet/society more so than climb the corporate ladder.

PHILOSOPHY

Make the most of our short time on this earth. Life is made up of good, bad and neutral experiences to live you have to go through them all.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For now we love meeting all the new people from different walks of life and truly appreciate their hospitality. However, when we get home we can't wait to get a house/apartment with a spare bedroom to host other surfers. Returning the hospitality we receive while traveling and meeting new people sounds like a great way to 'travel' within your own home on any given night.

Interests

Both of us love traveling (obviously) but when we're at home we enjoy spending time in the outdoors. We're big snowboarders, wakeboarders, runners, hikers and campers. We love to have people over for good beer, wine, food and company. Heather loves to cook and Matt loves auto-racing and photography.
