About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Do good work, and live well.

ABOUT ME

I'm happy to be living and learning, and thrilled about the opportunity to find good people who are willing to share their couch and their experiences in order to help further my education. I do my best to be aware of the way I consume and the decisions I make each day. I still have tendencies that are not completely wholesome and all around good but I'm working towards bettering myself and leading by example.

PHILOSOPHY

Experience is the essence of education, the essence of experience is self reliance.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I often find myself in my Volkswagen TDI traveling to see the the humbling beauty that this world has to offer. I hope to continue doing so and to eventually help others find that same beauty that moves and motivates.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In surfing the couches of friends and family, I've been able to surf at Sandy Beach in Oahu, bounce off the PCH at Laguna Beach in California, boat through whitewater on the mighty New River in West Virginia, and catch some sweet old fashioned country music in Nashville, TN. I feel confident that I will be able to continue and facilitate other real life experiences such as these.

Interests

Stuff that grows, local resaurants, ethnic cuisine, good music, heart and soul, antiques, macrame, manual labor, small farms, gardening, rafting, climbing, riding my bike, water, biofuel, yoga, sustainability, and couchsurfing.
