I hail from upstate New York and have since lived in central Pennsylvania, Seattle and now the the District of Columbia. I am endlessly curious about humans and places and what makes them unique. I try to live a simple lifestyle full of delicious, healthy food, movement, music, art, kind people and cats.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only couch surfed a few times with friends when driving across the country in 2009. It was a wonderful and frankly unforgettable experience. I am so grateful for couch surfers and hope to do more in the future.

I don't know how one can really pin down ONE thing that is the single most amazing in their lifetime. I feel that I have had many profound moments in life, but for this I'll say that being a part of planning a traditional Crow/Shoshone sun dance in the Big Horn mountains was certainly unforgettable.
