ABOUT ME

My name is Gary Alexander Clifton. I am a senior in college at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. I am majoring in physics and applied mathematics with the hopes of obtaining my PhD in particle physics and becoming a professor. What happens in between then, we'll see. It is my hope that through my choice of profession that I will be able to travel to conferences around the world and experience different cultures. Maybe one day I can spend some time teaching outside of the U.S. I believe it is necessary to see what this world has to offer before we leave it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have yet to host anyone on my couch, but am willing to. I am taking a trip to Ireland with my buddies this summer and plan to incorporate Couch Surfing into it.

As of now, none. But I hope to change that very soon.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once got my lip pierced by a lady who held the world title in dead lifting.

I have had the privilege to see my father stand in a twenty foot tree with a chainsaw while screaming obscenities at me.
