ABOUT ME
After having lived some time abroad (in Portugal), I returned to Germany and decided to enroll again in university.
I study now at the Distance University of Hagen.
At the moment I live in a shared flat in Karlsruhe.
PHILOSOPHY
I do not have a "real" personal philosophy so far, I rather prefer to exchange thoughts and ideas with friends and see afterwards if these conversations taught me something I hadn't thought about or known before.
So maybe the "personal philosophy" is: Stay open-minded! ;)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
So far I participated in the meetings in Porto and I showed a few persons around there.
I am looking forward to getting to know the CS community in Karlsruhe!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My CS experience is so far closely linked to my life in Porto. I used to participate in the meetings there and lots of my friends and acquantainces in Porto are actually couchsurfers! :)
Interests
Usually I am quite an active person, I enjoy doing sports, especially kickboxing and jogging, meeting friends and going for walks, particularly at the sea side. Besides I am culturally interested, means whenever I visit a different country I do not only want to find out about its particularities but I also like to get in contact with the people and to learn something about their mentality. I love traveling and quite frequently, after a certain time staying in one place, I feel the need to move on and leave things behind. Only living in this wonderful city (Porto) and having found some great friends here made me feel less restless, but it seems, this is going to change now...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Something that impressed me a lot was Israel, the country itself and the people.
A very personal experience that I consider to be amazing was a one day trip of hiking in the mountains of Gerês with my dear friend Marie-José. I will never forget how much fun we had, how good the quiche tasted ;) and how MJ "saved" me from the dogs... Thanks girl for that day! :)
