ABOUT ME
Hey there, I am a 29 year old Argentinian queer woman looking to move away from Dublin. I'm a writer, performer and activist, currently unemployed and trying to make the best of it, focusing my efforts on LGBTQ and other feminist issues.
I love coffee, hanging out with nice people, cycling around Dublin and scoring free food sometimes. At other times I like playing videogames or listening to chiptune music, reading essay collections or masses of comics.
PHILOSOPHY
I believe that we should all try to be fair and honest with one another, not be constrained by and push against the class/gender/race oppressive systems around us, and we should all actively try to challenge our own preconceptions. I believe in anti-hierarchical, consensus-based modes of organising. I also think that few things are as enlightening as a cup of your preferred tea at the end of the day, snuggled up in bed with a good book or magazine.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I want to help people feel comfortable and at peace far from wherever their home is, with a friendly face and a warm cup of tea waiting for them.
I may not always have a couch available but I'll generally be up for hanging out! Just ask!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've hosted amazing people who have now become close friends and travel buddies. Incredible people with whom I've walked in the rain in Galway or sauntered home after a great night in Berlin, or complained about a bad film that feels embarrassing to all involved. Wonderful little moments, big moments.
Interests
I am interested in politics, queerness, feminism, Japanese culture and history, Argentinian history, comics comics and more comics, cross stitching, videogames, baking vegan, old japanese superhero shows, science fiction and making origami
