About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Saving up enough money to travel around the world for about four months, then go to grad school.

ABOUT ME

I am a recent college graduate from the New Hampshire Institute of Art, in Manchester NH. I still work for the school as a Resident Director for one of there dorms. The jobs pretty sweet, because it is easy, and I get to live rent free in my very own small apartment.

PHILOSOPHY

Don't let the little things in life drag you down. Favorite exspression for that is "Don't cry over spilt milk" It is simple but explains so much.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The only couchsurfing experience I have ever had, was staying with family that I have around the United States. So I don't think that really counts, but it is always a good time.

Interests

Photography- I like to still use "film"! A rare thing I know, but it is the only way I can use my 4x5 camera which is something I would not ever give up.
Video Games- Admittedly I enjoy playing video games every now and then. It allows me to keep in touch with some of my friends that I wouldn't really talk to other wise.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is a very mixed bag for me. I enjoy listening to so many different kinds that listing would just take to long, as well as to much space. But a few select things are Taking back Sunday, Third Eye Blind, Jay-Z, Kanye West, Cold War Kids, and Mozart.
For movies I would prefer to watch something based on history/current events. It just has more meaning, and substance then movies that are made up. Examples are American Gangster, Defiance, Constant Gardener, Burn After Reading, and Big Fish (fictional but still really good)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I recently went to the inauguration of Barack Obama on January 20th. It was cold just standing there, but the friends that I went with and I would not have traded that experience for anything else.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn a second language. I got the Rosetta Stone program for Danish, but I have just been slacking on using it.
I work at a camera store, so if there are any questions regarding almost anything in photography I think I could answer it.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Cambodia, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Iceland, Laos, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In

United States
