2. My roommate signals the 'okay'

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am looking to host travelers in Chicago, whether energetic or weary. My neighborhood (Wicker Park) will probably appeal to the Couch Surfing demographic--it's culturally diverse, it offers cheap and good food, and it's minutes(!) from the many museums and tourist spots Chicago has to offer.

I'll also be searching for Couch Surfing hosts during a bike trip down the Pacific coast. But that's a ways off.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm a greenhorn here. My good friend surfed his way through South America and met some great people doing it. I'm eager to join the community.
