About Me

I'm a optimistic and open-minded lady looking to travel the world and meet awesome new people along the way. I love to explore and keep active, experience and make art, try new experiences (and food), dance and drink coffee.

I'm a native Californian with a passion for the environment. I work in politics and enjoy learning more about politics, philosophy, and history (although, the current state of US politics is terribly frightening).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm here because I think that the best way to travel is to see the world from a locals perspective. When I visit a new city I want to be able to experience it fully- not just how tourists do.

Interests

agriculture, nature, hiking, swimming, surfing, forests, animals, vegitarians, books, socialism, hippies, bicyles, drawing, painting, collecting vinyl, art!

I love to share stories, explore new places, people watch, and generally absorb situations.
