ABOUT ME

I am an acting student at Tisch School of the Arts at NYU. My classes range from ballet to singing to clown work! I study in the Strasberg Institute of Theater and Film. (Strasberg is the studio that produced actors such as Angelina Jolie, Al Pacino, Robert De Niro, Scarlett Johansson, Adam Sandler, Alec Baldwin and much more.) Most of my time is spent studying or working on different scenes, and if I'm not occupied with that, I'm busy thinking of where I will travel next...

PHILOSOPHY

I feel like meeting people from around the world provides for a life changing growth experience, and that's what I thrive to do. Also as an actor, I think that understanding different people and cultures is my job.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Although I don't host much because I am traveling over the summer and I live in NYU housing, I am always up for a coffee or a drink when I get back to the Big Apple!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had amazing couchsurfing experiences in Iceland, Argentina, and Italy. All the locals I've met around the world through this resource have made a great effort to teach me about their cultures and show me a good time.

Interests

I love to travel, read, workout, and go out with all my girls! Snowboarding, wakeboarding, yoga, running, and dance are some of my favorite physical activities. I love listening to music, seeing live performances, discovering new artists, and going to museums. Oh and of course I love my friends and family, I have two older sisters, a little brother, and the two best parents in the world <3

Music, Movies, and Books

Anton Chekhov, Molière, and Tom Stoppard are a few of my favorite playwrights. Still can't put a finger on my favorite movie but I like films by Ed Harris, Charlie Kaufman, and Sean Penn. And when it comes to music I pretty much like it all. My dad is a musician so he got me hooked on the Rolling Stones and Led Zeppelin, and then of course I like Hip-Hop party music, a little country, and Indie.
