Hello there, my name's Martín, I'm doing my PhD on (boring?) engineering stuff mixed with all too fashion artificial intelligence, and also I teach at the uruguayan university.

Besides working, I try to live a full life, travelling and meeting people. I'm currently doing an internship at Vienna for a semester, and will be back in my country by August.

I like to watch movies, read books, play football, go around for a walk, drink mate, go out at night, talk and share thoughts (and discuss).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've used couchsurfing as a guest like 13 years ago when I came over to Europe on a "sabatical".

Then for a while I disappeared, and when moving back I rented my own place I hosted some people in Uruguay.

After another disappearance, I'm back since I came to Europe and couchs sound really comfy.
