Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'll start to travel in South America with my girlfriend from early October and we plan to visit Chile from South to North, a little bit of South Argentina, Peru, Ecuador and Bolivia until end of June 2017.
During this trip, we don't want to travel just as tourists. We would appreciate to meet and spend time with locals to learn about the culture.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Just met some people of CS in Praha (CZ) for a lunch and a visit of the city. By the way, I often meet people over Internet and for instance I went on holidays in France to visit people met on an other website on the Internet.

Interests

I'm interested in environment, energy(renewable, optimisation, ...), in economy, politics, social development, spirituality (particularly buddhism, native spirituality, taoism, chamanism,...), history,...

I do a lot of sports (climbing (inside and outside), ice-climbing, mountainering, skiing, running, walking, mountain biking, cycling ...)

I also enjoy meeting new people and learn new things from them.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like a lot of different style of music (metal, punk, world music, tribal music, electro, ... and everything which is interesting).

I read a lot but only books and articles which can teach me something.

And I also like watching movies except horror movies.

I can teach you a lot of things about the subjects I mentionned in my interests (environment, energy, food, wellness, economy, politics, social development, spirituality, sports, ...).

Like almost my whole family and my girlfriend are working in education, we can say that teaching I have that in my blood. (as we say in French)

And I want to learn everything ^^ As we can say : "The more I learn, the more I know I know nothing.".
