About Me

CURRENT MISSION

"Two roads diverged in a wood, and I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference" R. Frost

ABOUT ME

I grew up in France but I have been living in Spain for a while now (Madrid, Valencia, Zaragoza), this allows me to gain the experience of working abroad, where I have met some wonderful, interesting and varied people. I do love my country (France),also Spain but South America is a great place to travel, learn and see unique habitats and people!!!

I am easy going, honest and respectful. I really like to laugh and joke around.

PHILOSOPHY

Live your life!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As you might assess from my profile, I've been involved in this project for quite a while. But after few years out of CS world, I want to take back this great experience… I have just moved into a cozy appartment in Chamberi District – Calle Almagro with 2 medium sized room (one available for guest!!)
I hosted several Couchsurfers at my previous home and I have completely enjoyed hosting travelers from around the world, learning from them, and having a good time in their company. I also have been privileged to be a guest in the homes of some very outstanding people.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

to make people enjoy their time. show them new things and the city where I am currently living!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first experience has been in Cartagena de Indias in my last summer holidays.
All the people I have been meeting have been the nicest, friendliest and fun and giving people. I am very excited to continue using CS!!

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: One from Gabriel Garcia Marquez: the best South American writer ever…

Movies: Into the wild, Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain, The Shawshank redemption, more recently “Tree of Life” about the microsm and macrocosm of life... very metaphysical!

Music: I really enjoy listening Tango since my last trip in Argentina, “variétés françaises”, Caribbean music, classical music, opera: Nozze di Figaro, “recuerdos de la Alhambra”: One of the most beautiful guitar pieces ever written...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

So many things but maybe...
-Working 3 months in an US waterpark as lifeguard
-New Year's Eve celebrations in St. Petersburg
-My first Tango lessons in Argentina
... and of course always the next destination...
