ABOUT ME

I love to travel, and I haven't done nearly enough. I love to meet people, and I haven't done nearly enough. I love living and working in the great outside, and I have a good gig with the US Forest Service. I have a kid that will soon be out on his own, and I'm ready to transition to something other then child rearing. I have a hound dog and a couple 3 cats. I have a big house out in the woods that I have been slowly remodeling for years.

I'm yet to figure that out, but right now I'm thinking this could really expand my experience of traveling in Australia the month of June!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Oh, I'm always showing up on the spur of the moment hoping there would be a place to sleep. I love it when people show up at my place.

Intereses

Art, like water color painting, acrylic painting, soft pastels, and drawing.
Books, espeically adventure, travel, cultural history, and just really good fiction.

Had a kid, then raised that kid, and watched him turn into a fabulous person. I still can't believe the honor of being involved in that.
I've been to all of the western parks of the united states, that's worth doing. Working with volunteers in my job has been amazing. Traveling to Europe and central america was wonderful.

I would be happy to have ad hoc art lessions at my house. I have a big place to paint, lots of views to paint, and tons of supplies.
