Yoga, meditation, personal growth and fun! I'm grateful for all the wonders of life and feeling astonished for all that's out there, too much for a lifetime! A good friend loves to say, "the future is so bright, that we need sunglasses!" 😎 Travelling across India to go to a Sivananda yoga teachers training course in January and making new friends😊
