ABOUT ME

I've got a major travel bug! My family grew up taking vacations across the United States where I developed a love for traveling. During college I visited Germany, France, and England, then in 2009 I backpacked through Italy and a little bit of Switzerland. I'm a little bit of an introvert, but I love to meet new people and hear about their experiences.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I learned of Couch Surfing a few years ago in preparing for Italy but didn't get the chance to actually do it. Now a few years later I have a big girl job, a husband, and a townhouse and I am ready to host and surf!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't had an experience through Couch Surfing yet, but we have always been open to family and friends stay with us whenever they are in town. At this point I think we are good at balancing how much time to spend with our guests vs. let them explore on their own.

Interests

Musicals, Sand Volleyball, Reading, Food, and Travel (of course!) I love visiting new places, trying new foods, and experiencing the culture!

Music: LOVE Musicals, big band jazz music, alternative rock, classical, and pretty much everything but country.
