About Me

I am currently living in London in a flat above an electrical store, so you could say I'm living the 'artist-in-london' dream; which means, I have no money, my roof leaks but I somehow manage to scrape a living by writing for Theatre and working as a freelance puppeteer.

I love London. At first, I hated it because it's a crazy, horrible mess of a place. But genuinely, it's also a chaotic pit of brilliant people and marvellous stories.

I don't earn much from my job, but every now and again I run away for a week or a few days to somewhere in Europe by myself. These are my mini adventures, sometimes to escape my work and sometimes to help inspire the next theatre writing project... Or both.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Come to London, message me and we'll go for a drink. I love London so I can point out brilliant places to go and social hang outs and clubs. I once trained to be a london tour guide, so I know a few of the historical facts!

What ever you're into, you'll find something here.

Also, I'm on here to travel myself. Couchsurfing hosts are brilliant people, and I wouldn't have seen half the things I've seen and done without them. How's that for a soppy quote?

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couch surfed in France and all around Japan and a bit in the UK.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I met the mother of the guy who created the COUCHSURFING website- she was a true nutter, but sort of brilliant at the same time. That's not the most amazing thing I've done, but perhaps it's quite interesting.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Language (if you'd like to practice English with me!), boundless curiosity, a love of local culture and lots of gratitude. I'll do the washing up too.

Countries I’ve Visited

France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Malta, Spain, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

United Kingdom
