ABOUT ME

I like lots of things and the things I don't like I often like something little about them. I like periods of quiet followed by periods of loudness and activity. I like coffee in the morning and fish and chocolate and wine. I like to listen to music a lot. It reminds me of things, compliments my mood or entirely changes the way I feel. I practice yoga and have done for a long time as i feel there is nothing better than a big old stretch! I also run a lot, try to improve my guitar playing skills, try to cook more and try to speak better Italian every day.

PHILOSOPHY

It's important to feel excited about things and to do ANYthing that makes you feel scared. The places that make you feel sad or the experiences you find difficult are the places that also make you happiest and most comfortable. Everything is double edged and that is why it is so great. Pleasure and pain, innocense and knowledge - all complex and valid.
Dance and sing as often as you can.

This will be my first experience. I will tell lots of people about it though.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed with a wonderful lady near Brescia who has since become a friend. I have also hosted once and both experiences have been great.

Interests

Running, performing, yoga, writing, devising, eating, visiting: galleries, museums (depending on the content), pubs, houses (of people I know and people I don't know), dancing, looking at: films, theatre plays, pictures, faces of people i like/love. Stand up comedy - love it.
