ABOUT ME

The story of my life in a few lines: I grew up in a small village in the countryside of Verona but I studied in Trento, a nice city surrounded by the Alps. Then I moved even norther and I spent one year in Helsinki for my Erasmus. I lived in the beautiful Paris for 3 years for a PhD in materials science.I worked one year in South Korea as a Post-doc and now I'm back in Paris where I continue my research and I teach.

I like talking but I like even more listening and learn from new people.
I believe in destiny. I'm optimist.

In my bag you can find: wallet, tissues, glasses, a pen, a green pencil, candies (mint and milk), a book (jules verne in french), a journal (magnetic materials), a deck of poker cards, my camera, my I pod.

I play tennis but I prefer team games. I do jogging everyday to go to work. I'm always running against time. I hate waisting time.

I live my life profusely and abundantly.

Interests

I love watching movies, old classics mainly. I read a lot, newspapers, magazines, websites and I have always a book with me.

Roller-skating, ice-skating,dancing at the concerts, listening jazz jam sessions.
I'm a big fan of Opera. Puccini, Donizetti, Mozart
My guitar has the power to relax myself and make me forget the stress and the sadness.
I believe in Politics and I believe that it's possible to change the world also doing little things.
Pears and chocololate cakes.
I love wine but I'm not an expert. I love cooking but not just for my self. I love sauna and I love drink cold beer in the sauna!
