Hello.
My name is Alberto Galaviz and I’m addicted to being in new places, learning new things, meeting new/different people, and seeing new sights. I’m just trying to find a job that will help me feed my addiction :)

PHILOSOPHY

I think you should be able to live your life however you want as long as you don't keep others from living theirs AND chocolate milk is the best drink EVER.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I got a few Couch Surfers together for a cookout in College Station. :)
Besides that I surf (will one day host) and tell all my friends and family of the awesome thing that is couch surfing!

Movies: All kinds. Forest Gump, Motorcycle Diaries, Braveheart, Gladiator, American Gangster, and Dazed and Confused are some of my favorites. I like comedy, action/adventure, fantasy, post-apocalyptic, horror,and animated films. Post- apocalyptic movies involving zombies are always good no matter how cheesy.

Music: Most kinds. Alternative/Indie Rock, Rap, Rock, Hip-hop, Dance, Techno, Oldies, Reggae, Pop, Punk, and Folk. I can only listen to country when someone who listens to country listens with me and I don’t have very many electronic song favorites. I’m always open to new genera’s and artists.

Books: There's a lot. (recommend me one and I'll probably read it)

Last read: The Alchemyst by Michael Scott

Currently reading: All Fishermen are liars by Linda Greenlaw

Will read: On the Road by Jack Kerouac

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I went skydiving right before my first semester of college. BEST thing I have ever done. I can't explain how it feels and recommend everyone should try it!

In September of 2009 I bought the "JetBlue all you can jet pass" and I got to travel all over the United States and to the Bahamas; meeting several great couch surfers along the way.
