ABOUT ME

Ceci: I believe in a better world, equality and respect.I love loving, sharing and giving.
Ganesh: Can't stay in one place for too long. As a child I grew up living on a beach in India. Somehow ended up in the United States. I imagine myself to be free of dogmas and structures. But I am sure some people might disagree with that statement. I like contradictions, fluxus and challenges.

Ganesh: It is changing... and I have a whole life to figure it out.

Ganesh: I am still learning how to better participate... but I believe in communities. Like Gemeinschaft.
Ceci: I'm not exactly sure how to do it, but I try to give the best of me every day.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Ganesh: From hard floors, patios, hammocks, basements to treehouses. Always a good memory....

Interests

Ganesh: Photography. Climbing. Back-country backpacking. Free diving. Sleeping on the beach.
Ceci: dancing, singing, riding horses, watching the sunset and drinking mates.

Music, Movies, and Books

Ceci: Is complicated to say that I like one type of music, book... But I love argentinian folk music, tango,latinamerican traditional music, I can name a couple of artist that I like, Manu Chao, Lila Downs, Susana Baca, Gotan Project, Trio garufa. Also I like Deep Purple, Pink Floyd, Nirvana , ha ha ha, I know it doesn't really match.
Movies....mostly independent films, and a lot of foreign movies (I like to see the vision of other cultures) movies that I like : "biutiful", "amores perros","tango", "lucia y el sexo", " y tu mama tambien", "amelie", I love movies by Wes Anderson, Emir kusturica, Carlos Saura, Jodorovsky and many others.
Ganesh: It is hard to know what I listen to the most. It changes based on mood and context.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ceci: Backpacking and camping in an amazing forest right next to a lake in Patagonia with friends, hiking at night in the middle of the jungle with my dearest husband in Brazil, getting lost with my dad in Venice Italy.
Ganesh: Trying to find and follow a pre-Inca trail, in Bolivia, using a map, a compass and an old dairy of an adventurer.

Teach, Learn, Share

sharing is the key.
Ceci: I can teach spanish, vegetarian cooking, tango (basic stuff), horse riding =), and many other things it just depends of the student ;).
Ganesh: I have a couple of pointers about lighting. But I would not call myself an expert on anything, so I am ready to learn.Languages are the hardest for me.
