About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I handmake wool felt - and have had a break from it, but now back into it again
ABOUT ME
I used to live out of town, but am now in town as the petrol cost of travelling to work each was crippling.
My only child, Jeremy, working in Japan at the moment. He is loving it and loking forward the perfect snow conditions that he enjoyed in the winter just gone.
I am happy sharing a coffee or a wine with friends or just devouring a good book in front of the fire.
I enjoy being with my friends. Sharing ideas. Thinking outside the square.
PHILOSOPHY
I think that we should all treat others the way that we would like to be treated ourselves.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first CS experience was hosting 3 lovely young folk from Germany. They were a pleasure to have to stay and it was truely great to share my little piece of paradise with them. And they made us some German bread :-)
Hosting has turned out to be a truely rewarding experience.
My second CS experience was very unpleasant as we were left waiting at 9.00pm at night in the middle of Athens - that was a bit scary!!!
