About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'm trying to fill in my map of the world with the perspective from every couch.

ABOUT ME

I am currently couch surfing for one year as an exchange student living in Stuttgart, Germany with the most wonderful host family I could possibly imagine. I am from the U.S. originally from New York City and most recently from Fairfield, CT.

PHILOSOPHY

Carpe Diem

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now I am not living at home and won't be for some time, at least until July when I go back to the States. Unfortunately I cant host anyone here saying as this is not my house and not in my jurisdiction to have guests.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None yet

Interests

Outdoor sports; skiing, biking, backpacking, hiking... traveling. Arts, music, literature. I have been fencing competitively, both nationally (in the U.S. and internationally in Europe). I am an avid walker and ready to spontaneously travel.

Teach, Learn, Share

From being an exchange student in Germany for a year I have seen how learning passively through experience can be even more useful when you begin to later, actively teach.
