ABOUT ME
We bought a one way ticket to South America. Our mission is to make friends from all over the world so one day when we have farm they will come and visit us. We love to surf, live by the ocean and learn about living the good life.
If its natural we love it. If it's eco-friendly we love it. If it's weird or goes against the main stream James loves it. If it's cute and would make a nice photo Alicia loves it.
PHILOSOPHY
Less is more, accept when it comes to friends and cups of tea.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
We have been traveling and surfing couches for over a year and through couch surfing we have met some amazing people and had a great time.
We solemnly pledge to return the hospitality X10.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
In Japan we statyed with Uji, As far as i am concerned he is a legend of CS Japan. He lives in outer Tokyo. It is pretty hard to find a host in Tokyo except Uji. He has an open door policy. He literally says yes to EVERYONE who asks him no matter how many people he has in his small, tiny, compact, japanese size apartment. When he came home from work we had already had dinner and made friends with all the couch surfers and felt at home. He walks in the door and in the nicest possible way says hi, who are you?
He had turned his apartment into a social experiment. He had loads of wierd and funny stories. And was the most tolerant and accepting guy i have ever met. He inspired us with his extreme hosting.
