About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Make new friends....yes, it is just that simple.
ABOUT ME
I don't consider myself an extravert, but I do enjoy being around other people. I am career minded, but also have moments of spontaneity and wanting to just travel for the rest of my life. I would describe myself as a "mid-west risk taker," because I follow most of the rules, but like the occasional buck of tradition. I have played sports my entire life, but am not hyper-competitive.
I truly love traveling the world, and learning different perspectives and ways of doing things, and love living in Denver, because it is the perfect blend of city life, and mountain accessibility.
PHILOSOPHY
I guess if I had to say something it would be: trying new things, meeting new people, and going to new places is the best way to grow as a person.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I go to the weekly CS mixers, and show CSer's around Denver.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Never CSed, but am planning on going to Austin, TX sometime soon through CS. I definitely want to do lots of CSing in the upcoming years.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Created a long-lasting friendship with a family I stayed with in Japan for only 2 weeks. They were one of the most giving, loving, funny families I have ever been with, and we still stay in touch.
Teach, Learn, Share
I think I may be preaching to the choir, but I truly believe that traveling is a great way to grow. Not just being a tourist, but really getting to know a culture and how they view things differently than you can expand your mind.
