Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

By offering a space to sleep (when I can) to all the free-loaders who want to travel, but who are too tightfisted to fork out for a room in a suitable establishment.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted more than I've surfed, mostly because I'm not really into 'traveling' so much. I need to live somewhere and be doing something, and then when I do get holiday I like to disappear to the mountains with my tent.

I guess I'm mostly into traditional folk music but apart from that I like strange electronica, hard techno, noise, metal, post rock, dub, and just about everything else depending on what mood I'm in.

Walking in the High Atlas mountains in Morocco, living in an "eco-village" in Slovakia, watching the seals whilst rock climbing in Pembrokeshire, crossing the Tian Shan by bike and foot ....
