I have a genial and friendly personality, and like to interact with happy, positive people, who aren't selfish, but have self-respect. I love all the finer things in life - good music/films/food/drink/sports/good fun company & so on.

PHILOSOPHY

There is great line from the comic movie "Spinal Tap".....the keyboard player states profoundly: "Have a good time, all of the time....that's my philosophy Marty!" One can but try!

Music, Movies, and Books

All genres of music. I am a classical musician by profession, but have a very wide taste as a listener. My favourite band is the canadian Rock Trio RUSH - I simply adore them! Last month I saw Iron Maiden in Dubai - also heroes of mine. Great Jazz also, & plenty of good pop. Will watch practically any movie, or give any book a try at least (but can only read in English!).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

London Marathon 2003. I ran the same distance as Paula Radcliffe, but took about 3 hours longer!
