ABOUT ME

I was a visual arts major at college focusing mainly on photography, but I also do intaglio printmaking and drawings. I am also a creative writer - I write a lot of poetry and short stories and have fragments that I hope will develop into full novels. I have a very deep passion for fountain pens. Ball points are nowhere near as much fun.

I prefer film to digital. The kind of photography I do is very hands on and physical and would literally be impossible to do digitally.

I love both the outdoors and the big city. I am just as happy if I'm sitting alone by the ocean or under the trees as I am going to the opera in the big city.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sat by myself by the ocean for three days. This was part of my Outward Bound sea-kyaking course and those were three of the most wonderful days in my life.
