About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To live the life I love, and love the life I live + treat others the way I would like to be treated.

ABOUT ME

I'm a curious mix of sociable, bubbly and a chatty, yet introvert at times. I love to be out and about walking, power-walking, hiking, socialising, enjoying nature, having a picnic or discovering new places when the sun is out. When the sun isn't out (I'm quite a 'fair weather only' person!), I indulge my introvert side and get lost in a good book. This site gave me the courage to start travelling on my own at the grand old age of 30 and I've never looked back. Couchsurfing has given me the opportunity to meet so many amazing people, many of whom I know will be lifelong friends, I love it!

PHILOSOPHY

Live life to the full, it's better to regret something you've done than regret something you haven't done.

Treat others the way you would like to be treated.

Live each day as if it's your last. Learn as if you're going to live forever.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In return for all that CS has given me, I will do all I can to help build the community by participating in two-way exchanges, giving help and guidance and spreading the word amongst my friends and associates.
I will also do my best to show csers how much Malta has to offer. Unfortunately not many people outside of Europe (and even inside it for that matter!) know of it which is a shame. It really does have a lot to offer for such a small country including a very interesting history and possibly the best climate in Europe.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Too many to list and the list keeps growing, my references and friends sections give an idea. Long live these amazing experiences!

Going to both Goa and Thailand were amazing experiences. In both places the average person lives a much simpler life yet find just as much, in fact more to rejoice in then us privileged westerners.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a great passion for cooking and eating good food and love to share this passion with others. I'm a qualified EFL teacher so can help improve the English Language Skills of non-native English speakers.
