ABOUT ME

I live in Alba, a city of 33000 inhabitants in north-west of Italy, 50km from Torino. I love my city: not so big to be chaotic and not so little to have to move somewhere to find what you need. Around the city the Langhe and Roero hills are beautiful places, wines and delicious foods are special here.
I'm a chemist and work in quality department. During my spare time I like go fly-fishing throught rivers in Piemonte mountains. A little runnig during week,taking a lot of photo, reading books, going to cinema (when I remember it!) and cooking experiments are my favourite hobbies. When I'm on trip, one of the most important thing for me is tasting local food and possibly learning their recipies: I believe food is culture. We are mostly what we eat!!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

After one year of experiences I can say that this project is really amazing! I've met wonderful people in various occasions. I mostly like to host but I'm quite ready for next step!

Музыка, кино и книги

Among my favourite books The lord of the ring: the best fantasy book ever. I love all books of Beppe Fenoglio and not only 'cause he was from Alba. Another favourite writer is Primo Levi, who was also a chemist and he studied in Turin University. I enjoy also reading books of history, science and cooking recipies!
Music: mainly italian authors like De Andrè, De Gregori, Guccini, Battiato.
Movies: La vita è bella is among the movies i've loved most. In these last months I really enjoied Wall-e!
