ABOUT ME

I am new to this project I have crashed on couches in quite a few countries worldwide and made some great friends along the way.

I am living in Edinburgh I am originally from Ireland. I work supporting adults with learning difficulties mainly autism. I love the work I am doing right know. I am always out and about doing activities and helping my clients to access education and employment.

Over the last year and half I have been training in Zen shiatsu this has taken me all over Europe and the USA. I have had the opportunity to meet and share some awesome experiences. I hope to complete my studies in New York city this year.

PHILOSOPHY

I am one of life's optimists I can get a valuable lesson from what seems like a bad situation.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Cindy Stayed in my house this summer she was my first Cs guest it went really well and I learned lots about Taiwan where she's from.

I hosted Brian from North Carolina and Mara from the philiphines afer a CS gathering both great people we had a picnic in my local park the next day they are most welcome when they are back in the city. :)

Interests

At the moment I am really into my shiatsu and Chinese medicine. I was recently in Vienna on a course for a few days.

I live for music mainly going to concerts and gigs. Here in Edinburgh there is healthy scene of singer songwriters and mainly underground bands of which quite a few are connected to the Art college.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I work in the social services some of the most amazing things are the transformations that I have witnessed in peoples lives this is as important to me as the view from the top of Machu Picchu or the Grand Canyon.
