Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I always reply and try to help travellers as much as possible. I try to hang our with people who surf at my place as much as possible and since I live in the village I am also their personal driver and local tourist guide. sometimes also party guide, cook, etc. :)
I spread the word about CS to all friends that are potential hosters and surfers. page like this should be more well-known than it is.

Interests

Travel is big thing in my life. travel as much as possible could be my moto. I also love off-roading with Land Cruiser. winning combination is combining those two interests.
I love music. like quality concerts and making music on Jamm Sessions.
I am interested in new cultures, new people, new views on life. I like knowledge :) there is never enough of it.
I like nature. it relaxes me and give me a feeling of freedom. sometimes I even like to run in nature, but overall I don't like do too much of sports (I was only training orienteering).
I like to drive. distance is not an obstacle. I love road-trips! Life wish: Off-road trip from Slovenia to Cape Town and back :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-Driving across Sahara with an old Mercedes (twice)
-Swimming in Norwegian sea
-I went travelling to Portugal and met randomly in aquarium two close friends from my town. I went to New York and I was in a multiple bed room in hostel. I went to sleep and found out that next two beds belongs to good scout friends from Slovenia :) surprising, where ever I go I meet Slovenians although there is jut 2 mio of us.
-Discovering Amazonian rainforest
-Climbing to the glacier of Cotopaxi volcano (went up to 5000m)

Teach, Learn, Share

In my house I have a drum set, outdoor, across the street are hills, nearby mountains, ski-resorts. Slovenia is so small that everything is near :)
I live near old city (4 km away), where I can show you museums, places to party, hang out, chill, do sport activities and a lot more!
