About Me
CURRENT MISSION
following my soul path
ABOUT ME
Heavens, ... I often wonder what I have to say about myself to "I-don't-know-who". Let's thus better keep it short and simple: I am easy-going and have a relaxed attitude (at least most of the time). However, I do have itchy feet, which makes me want to explore several places around the globe. Apart from traveling, I love playing the piano, I enjoy cooking (vegetarian :-)) and apart from spending time with friends and family, I can absolutely enjoy 'the silence', being on my own and taking time for myself - for example by meditating now and then.
PHILOSOPHY
"het hart heeft zijn redenen die de rede niet kent" (Flemish for something like "the heart has its reasons that are unknown by reason(ing)").

Music, Movies, and Books
'The Myst of Avalon' is definitely my favorite book!
I don't go that often to the movies, but films that I liked are 'Water', 'Big Fish' and 'Finding Neverland'. Also high in my 'list of favorites' is the movie and particularly the music of 'the piano' and (cliché, but still) 'Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain'.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Having a birthday cake as breakfast, early in the morning, on top of the highest temple in Tikal (Guatemala) while enjoying sunrise over the jungle.
