ABOUT ME

Hello!

We are a family of 4.
Fernando, Alice, Younes and Yox Kanal.
Fernando was born in Chiapas, Mexico. He lived in France, India, USA and Canada. He created the Y'ibel Cuxlejalil Foundation, to develop exchanges between Indigenous communities in Chiapas and Canada, and organize intercultural exchanges in that two States, more in Europe...

Alice was born in the Brittany, France. She created the association Mâ, and works with an indigenous NGO of traditional Maya midwives in Chiapas. She is also painter and designer.

Younes is 9 years old. He speak French and Spanish, and like animals, plants, music, stories, and like very much to cook, and imagine and create a lot of things!

Yox Kanal is 3 years old. She also speak French and Spanish, and she like to dance, to play, stories, nature, and Winnie the Pooh!!!

All the family was living between Brittany and Chiapas for 5 years. Now we are established in San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas.

We all like to travel, to meet people, to discovering news things, to walk & climb in the mountains, to learn yours passions, to take the time to rest sometimes, to read, to paint, to dance, to eat! :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We traveled, not always together... But sometimes with CS with Children, and it's very good! We also received people at home. Families or not, and we liked it!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We are all more and more interested... First, because we kept contact with Couchsurfers we met, and we see again later... After they became friends! ;)
Also because CS with Children is a great experience for all the families who meet! We traveled in the city of Mexico with Brunina and her cute little girl, and they have still sweet memories. We also received a family of friends at home, and all the children were very happy to play and walk in the mountain together.
CS Friends came to visit us few time ago, and yes, we definitively liked it!

兴趣

We all like children plays and stories books. Also to spend time in the Nature. We live close to lots of mountains, and often walk there! We love to go to the see, lakes and deep forests.
