ABOUT ME

I'm from a small American town known for its unique traditions like Farmer's Fair and the New Year's Eve Pickle Drop(like when NYC drops the ball, only less cool). I grew up in a family with 2 deaf parents. I love learning languages (sign language, French) and meeting people from different cultures. I now live in Toulouse, France and love it in la ville rose.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is one big trip and you never know when its going to end- I say, try to have as many experiences as you can into the time you've got, and be good to people along the way.

Music: I recently saw Les Ogres de Barback in concert and they great. Otherwise, I like Incubus, Sara Bareilles, U2, Massive Attack, Coldplay, Simon & Garfunkel- basically everything.
Books: The Count of Monte Cristo, American Vertigo, and White Teeth. I should read more than I do...

I've gone scuba diving in Guadeloupe and kayaking in the Colorado River of the Grand Canyon. I have also broken 7 different bones in my body throughout my lifetime - I love being active, but am kind of clumsy.
